Ingredients

1½ oz small-batch bourbon

½ oz fresh lime juice

2 drops Bowrider Orange Cardamom Caraway Bitters

3 oz craft ginger beer

Orange wheel, for garnish

Method

Build in a copper mug over ice.

Add bourbon, lime juice, and bitters.

Top with ginger beer.

Stir briefly to combine.

Garnish with an orange wheel.
