We stand behind the quality of our craft bitters. While we don’t accept returns or exchanges on our products, we’re committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Bowrider Bitters order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, we’ll send you a replacement at no charge.

Simply email us at info@bowriderbitters.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll handle the rest and get your replacement order out quickly. Photos help us work with our shipping partners to prevent future issues.
