Ingredients

2 oz vodka or botanical gin

Dash of dry vermouth

¼ tsp fresh lemon juice

3 drops Bowrider Lemon Ginger Root Bitters

Expressed lemon peel, for garnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake until well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

Express the oils from a lemon peel over the surface, run it along the rim, and nestle it in as garnish.
