• Ingredients

    2 oz vodka

    ½ oz light rum

    ½ oz coffee liqueur

    1 oz fresh espresso

    6 drops Bowrider Mocha Pecan Bitters

    Optional (for creamy variation): ½ oz Irish cream

     

    Method

    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

    Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.

    Double strain into a chilled coupe.

    Try it with Irish cream for a lush, velvety finish. 

    Top with three coffee beans or a light dusting of shaved dark chocolate.
